I started helping my mom and Babunia in the kitchen before I could even remember. Somewhere between those early recipes and kitchen chats, my love for cooking was born.

Our frozen custard is richer, creamier, smoother, and more flavourful than typical ice cream with a boost of extra protein in every scoop. That’s because we make it with fresh local duck eggs, simple ‘real’ ingredients, and churn it in small batches to create that signature Cold Duck texture and taste.

These gorgeous eggs (from Indian Runner Ducks!) are the heart of every single batch of Cold Duck small-batch frozen custard.
They’re what make our custard extra rich, ultra creamy, and give it that signature smooth texture — plus a natural boost of protein in every scoop.
