We did it... 1,000 beautiful souls following this groovy little journey!! 😭

One of my goals for 2026 was reaching 1,000 followers, and literally like 5 minutes ago, that goal became a reality. 🤭

When I started Groovy Little Smoothie Co., I had no idea where this journey would take me. What began as a little dream has grown into something bigger and more beautiful than I ever imagined. 💫

Fun fact: this entire adventure began as homework. 🤭 It was originally an Entrepreneurship 101 business plan assignment in my final year of Music Business Management at Durham College. Today, it's a thriving business, an ever-growing community, and one of the greatest adventures of my life. 🫶

To every person who has supported this wild little venture - thank you. I'm so grateful you're along for the ride. I see you, and I appreciate you more than you know. ☮️🩷

One of my favourite things about the Peterborough Regional Farmers Market is the sense of community. 🫶

For as long as I can remember, people have been lining up for Mr. & Mrs. Perogie famous perogies. They've been a Peterborough market staple for years and are a favourite for so many families - mine included. Bailey is always one of the first people to stop by the trailer and support my little smoothie dream, which is just one example of the kindness and community spirit that makes this market so special. ☺️

You'll find us here every Wednesday and most Saturdays all summer long, surrounded by the incredible vendors, growers, makers, and bakers who make the Peterborough Regional Farmers' Market what it is. 🩷🦋☀️

This little smoothie trailer may be small, but there is absolutely no way I could have pulled off KN¿WHERE without the absolute dream team behind me. 🫶

The moment I had the opportunity to be part of kn¿where, Davey was the very first person I called. Without hesitation, he jumped in feet first and never looked back.

He showed up with encouragement, solutions, hard work, allll the sprouts 🌱, and unwavering support every step of the way. Then he brought Tim into the adventure, and Tim jumped onboard with that same energy.

Between the long hours, the heavy lifting, water tank refills, setup, teardown, troubleshooting, and everything in between, they carried more than their share and helped turn a dream into reality.

And then there's Sarah.

We've been friends for over a decade and are more like sisters than friends at this point. Sarah has always been the kind of person who shows up when it matters. Through all of life's twists and turns, we've always had each other's backs, and kn¿where was no different.

Somehow, we forgot to take a single photo together 🤭 but having her there beside me meant more than I can put into words. ♥︎

To all three of you: thank you for believing in this dream, showing up wholeheartedly, and helping bring Groovy Little Smoothie Co. to kn¿where.

What started as a tiny smoothie trailer became something so much bigger because of the people standing beside me.

I am endlessly grateful. ☮️🛸🌈✨️

This year marks the Ptbo's Dragon Boat Festival 25th anniversary, and we're honoured to be part of a community event that has raised more than $4.9 million in support of cancer care through the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation 🫶

Whether you're racing, cheering on friends & family, taking part in the flower ceremony, exploring the vendor village, playing in the Family Fun Zone, or relaxing in the Thirsty Dragon Beer Garden, there's something for everyone. ✨️

Somewhere in the middle of Kn¿where, strangers became friends and friends became family.

I came to with the intention of selling smoothies & left with memories I'll carry for the rest of my life.

I laughed. I cried. Danced in the mud. Danced in the rain. The sense of belonging was unlike anything I'd ever experienced. I didn't want to leave.

Thank you, Kn¿where, for being exactly what I didn't know I needed: the music, the art, the helping hands, and the countless moments of connection. And a heartfelt thank you for holding space for all of us on such sacred land. ☮️

To my incredible crew - I love each and every one of you SO very much. Thank you for the laughs, the support, the hard work, the late nights, the early mornings, and for dancing right alongside me. You carried me through every moment, and this experience wouldn't have been the same without you. 🩷

A special shoutout to the absolute best neighbours we could have ever asked for - thank you for making our little corner of Kn¿where feel like home. Somehow, after just a few days, it felt like we'd known each other forever. I can't wait until our paths cross again. After Millbrook, we'll be coming home to the - our favourite place to spend a Wednesday morning and a community that has supported us from day one. 🩷

And then our crew is off to for a weekend of music, camping, wellness workshops, smoothie bowls, and allll the good vibes. 🌌
