Calendula (Calendula officinalis) has been used in traditional herbalism for generations, especially for its soothing, antioxidant + anti-inflammatory properties.
Traditionally been used to support:

You can steep the dried flowers into a beautiful golden herbal tea, add them to your favourite herbal blend, or infuse them into oil to make homemade salves + skin care.
To make a tea:
steep 1–2 tsp of dried calendula in hot water for 10–15 minutes.
