So I've got some bad news folks. I found out a little while ago that the building I'm located in is going to be demolished by the end of the year. After taking a look around for the past month trying to see if there's somewhere else to lease that makes sense I've come to the decision that this is going to be the end of the road for Bear's Grill.
It's been a difficult and strange past couple of years trying to make things works in a pandemic and post pandemic landscape, with everything from insane food cost inflation, supply shortages, tanking economies and this is the straw that breaks the Bear's back.
I do want to send an enormous thank you to each and every one of my customers over the past 7 years, because you folks enabled me to make a living doing what I love to do. I also want to thank my wife and my family for supporting me through all of the ups and downs that have come with being a small business owner - I simply could not have done this without you all.
The date I was given by the landlord as the absolute deadline for my last day was December 31st 2022 but it's very likely that we'll be shutting things down earlier than that - final date TBA. Sorry to start the week off with such a bummer, but I am still open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm so get one of our sandos while you can!
