**Position:** Line Prep Cook (Must know how to poach eggs)

**Starting Wage:** $16.55 per hour

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and poach eggs to perfection for our breakfast menu
- Assist in preparing other breakfast items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- Knowledge of egg poaching techniques is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality
- Team player attitude with excellent communication skills
