C.O.W. will be rolling with 2 style dosa this week, in house and later online. Dosa are gluten and dairy free.
1) The Mad Cow. Beef brisket, red onion, feta, house chimmichurri and garlic aioli

2) Death by Dosa. Classic Masala curried potato and spinach. Vegan, dairy and gluten free.
