Happy turkey weekend!🦃 We hope you all have as much as we do to be thankful for.💚🧜‍♀️ We will be open regular hours today and tomorrow for your caffeine needs! ☕️
As a heads up we are out of the fall favorites like pumpkin spice, Chai, and apple brown sugar. But we have lots of other flavours to try like this lovely cinnamon dolce latte pictured above, or maybe hazelnut is more your style, or a peppermint mocha, even a toffenut! If you need a new recommendation just ask your barista 💚☕️🧜‍♀️

You'll see a lot of our staff wearing their orange today in support of Truth and Reconcilliation Day. Today is a chance to educate yourself on current issues our indigenous communities still face. June 21 is National Indigenous Peoples Day. This is a day for all Canadians to recognize and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. Every community of indigenous peoples is unique and contributes so much to our country in 1998 we names June 21 the summer solstice National Indigenous Peoples Day to celebrate on the longest day of the year. We acknowledge that we are on aboriginal land that has been inhabited by Indigenous peoples since the beginning. Here in Petawawa we acknowledge we are on Algonquin and Anishinaabe territory, and thank them for their endless contributions to the community, province, and country as a whole. Today is a day of celebration, take time to celebrate, learn, and respect our indigenous peoples. Miigwech 💛❤️🖤🤍🧜‍♀️☕️
