We love poutine so much at The SHED we are laying on some favourites this weekend. It’s a Poutine Fest at The SHED every week we are open 😊

Starting with our Turn Back Thursday special. A small CLASSIC poutine for $5.45 with the purchase of a drink.

Friday we have our fish and chips which pairs beautifully with a NEWFIE Poutine.

Saturday you will see our very popular BBQ PULLED PORK poutine.

Sunday we will have our MAPLE BACON poutine. Another crowd favourite.

And of course all our regular menu items every day.

We will announce the giveaway winner Friday am. To pick up your fish and chips for Friday or possibly a future fish Friday.

Not sure if we will have any more as summer comes to a close but maybe 🤔

So we start our fryers at 4:30 this means first orders likely aren’t till 4:50/5pm
There has been confusion and misleading info that you can pre order by days. Sorry but we can’t do that, we are not prepared to schedule this as all timed pickups. But what we will do is take a pre order that’s paid for on Friday. We won’t turn you away for coming in to order and paying. But we can’t take an order presuming you will show up. The demand is far too high for people that wait in line and those are the priority to us. After all we want you to have a fresh fish product and not something that sits there for a long time while you are late showing up. Out of towners, ya take the chance and be prepared for a possible wait with some fine people.

Be prepared for a 30 minute or longer wait as this has been very popular and desired.
On that similar topic of waiting. Even last Sunday we got slammed at 5-6pm and while we apologize for the 30 minutes plus wait for food, we don’t appreciate a hard time to our staff. It rarely happens but if you are in a rush maybe go down the street to a franchise. Simply put our staff work their butts off in that small space and I know 99 percent of you appreciate it and we will continue to serve you with smiles.

Happy Fry Day !! With this beautiful day comes the Fish Fry 🐠 We have the cod fish ready to go for our 3rd fish fry of the summer.

It will be ready for 5pm…this has been a sell out the past two times. Can we do another 🤔 regardless I can guarantee this product is absolutely wicked. if you want to experience a true Nfld emotion and feel like you’re on George street : add dressing and gravy and get it all nice and messy to eat. What a feeling it leaves ya with. Trust us, we know our fish in Nfld. Oh and ya have to pair this cuisine with either a Lime or Pineapple to have the ultimate experience.

hello SHED friends !

We are back after a couple days to relax from the weekend.

To start off the week we have our “turn back Thursday” special price poutine.

Friday : guess what’s back after away for 2 weeks. Yes by, the cod fish is back. and we are offering an extra piece of fish for $6 if you wish to have 3 pieces it’s $23. Still a bargain considering what you’re getting.
And we will have that tartar sauce in cups for you, it’s oh sooo tangy. extra tartar available in packs.

We love how this Friday weather is cooperating for our Fish Fry Friday’s !

We also now have the stickers and fridge magnets available to you all, and the book “The Chip Stand” in which we are featured. All on sale at The Shed.

Happy Fry Day everyone

Just want to stop in and highlight a couple things we have happening.

Today we have our bbq pulled pork poutine till supplies last (today)
Saturday we have our turkey 🦃 feast for the special 25 July day 🎅
We have received several copies of the newly released “The CHIP STAND” in which we are featured as 1 of 130 chip stands across Canada. What a great (coffee table/bathroom 😆 )easy read with amazing illustrations. modestly priced at $24.95
We have also received from a supplier in Nfld our SHED stickers and fridge magnets in the 2 designs shown here. They will be for sale by next week.
We will also be stocking up on SHED merch especially the hoodies and sweaters for those cool summer nights ahead of us.
