To those who have supported me over the years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your encouragement has meant the world.
Today, after receiving a message filled with disrespect, entitlement, and a complete lack of compassion, I’ve made the decision to close my books to all new orders. In this message, I was told to publicly post about my mental health or family emergencies so people would know. That’s not how I operate, and it’s certainly not how I’ll allow others to treat me. It’s not anyone’s business and nobody is entitled to that.
For those who don’t know, I have a full-time job that I absolutely love, and what started as a small hobby, has grown into something more than I ever imagined. However, this growth has come at the expense of time with my family, friends, and, most importantly, myself. That stops now.
To the loyal people who’ve been here since the beginning: I love you. I’m forever grateful. Please continue to reach out, I still want this to be a passion project, not a burden.
To anyone who feels entitled to my time, is rude, demanding, or insensitive, no, just no. I’m a human being, not your punching bag or your personal assistant.
Yes, I’m a small business owner, but I’m also a person, and I won’t allow anyone to disrespect me.
