We are incredibly sad to say that granny Edna Molson unexpectedly passed away on July 12th. If you spent any time at the dairy bar, you would often see Edna chatting with customers and telling her stories of growing up in the Laurentian mountains across the river. She loved to tag along for Tim Hortons and dump runs, and was our #1 taste tester- she would have any ice cream except chocolate, because chocolate was for Fred. We are so grateful to her for allowing the people of Petawawa to spend time on her property to enjoy a ski or an ice cream cone. We will miss her immensely and hope you’ll think of her next time you enjoy the view.
