Dasha has over 10 years of experience in creating beverage & food products for retail

The most beautiful tea yet!! I will be honest, seeing this afternoon tea come to fruition makes me feel very proud and my heart is beyond full. This was a special dietary request -

No gluten, no sugar, no bread, focus on goat cheese and salmon. Do you think we delivered?

A tower filled with goat cheese in three flavours: fresh wild blueberry, pecan honey, and fresh squeezed lemon. Salmon with house pickled red onions. Prosciutto & cured meats. Different cheeses Veggies and herbs from the Perth Farmers Market.

Cannot stop admiring it. So grateful for our wonderful customers - who make our afternoon tea an occasion.
