North Folk offers the largest variety of Artizen Kombucha on tap and in bottles, locally roasted espresso and a seasonally inspired food & beverage menu. Additionally, North Folk offers its back space for rentals for different occasions, birthday parties, homework club. The business is owned by Dasha Smolentseva. Dasha has over 10 years of experience in creating beverage & food products for retail. Additionally Dasha is the co-owner of Artizen Kombucha situated in Perth, On - distributing its products to Ottawa, Kingston, Toronto and small towns in surrounding areas. Our Vision & Mission

We envision a bright and lively community of Perth, where North Folk Cafe contributes a platform for exchange between local makers, food producers and residents, creating a resilient and sustainable local economy, as well as enriching local social fabric of human interactions. This year we have really showcased the beauty of Afternoon Tea at North Folk. Feedback from our customers has been absolutely incredible. We are creating something very special and it is getting quiet a bit of recognition in the foodie circles.

2027 we plan on double downing on our unique presentation, local flavours, local ingredients. Incorporating produce and bounty of local farmers has been instrumental since we created North Folk 6 years ago and we are only going to do more of that!

We have a lot to look forward to in 2027. We want you to come along this beautiful journey. If you are thinking of Christmas / Holiday presents - consider purchasing a Gift Certificate for Afternoon Tea.

This year we offered tea at the lowest price, however, in the new year it will be adjusted to reflect the craftsmanship and ingredients.

So if you would like to secure Afternoon Tea at 2026 price for 2027 - this is a great time to purchase a gift certificate! Gift certificates do not expire and are a great gift for someone who values experiences, local food and small businesses.
