Spiro has been in the restaurant business in Penticton for more than 20 years and his dishes have been appreciated by many people in the South Okanagan. He founded the Cubby Hole Restaurant 15 years ago and is returning to his original home with his new partner, well-known businessman Nick Tsoycalas.

Went for a bite to eat on Saturday night. Sat a the cozy little bar and had the best Greek Salad ever.
5 stars for sure. Thanks to Spirio and all for a great dinning experience.

Brian and myself dropped in on Monday night .. sat at the counter and enjoyed the best Greek Salad ever. Oh yes the service and talk was outstanding as well. Love the new paint job and the new curb appeal.
