After immigrating from France to Canada, I realized that something crucial was missing in the True North: the ability of finding quality food, at a decent price, and ready for pick up. Those who've had the chance to travel to France will always tell you all about the culture, the cobblestone streets, their unfortunate encounters with Parisians, and couples kissing in city parks. Most often, they will forget to mention that when they didn’t have time to take a long lunch break during their busy travels, they were able to walk into any given “boulangerie” and grab a sandwich to go, only to realize that it was probably the best sandwich they’ve ever had.
