If you ever wondered how do we get 113 orders of teriyaki chow mein ready within 1.5hrs, the secret is:

Chop all vegetables the day before,
Roast the chicken 2 days before,
Precook the noodles 3 days before.

There’s really no shortcuts lol. I hope this post would give you some perspective into how much extra work behind the scenes goes into each dish you ordered from restaurants.
