With the end of the summer coming quick and Morgan heading back to school. We have some updated hours.

We will be closed tomorrow unfortunately as Morgan is back in Ottawa. But we will be open Monday September 7th to finish out the long weekend.

We will be moving to Friday-Sunday until thanksgiving when she shuts it down for good.

Good news is we will be making the trailer mobile again and will be able to do some catering events through the fall and winter.

Maddie and her friends at RISE Support Program caught Morgan’s entrepreneurial spirit and opened themselves a sweet lemonade stand at 497 Somerset Street in Pembroke. Stop by and please support these extraordinary young adults as they gain valuable life experiences.

Layla has discovered a passion for desserts recently and she has solved the issues we had with the Empanadas as well as a new cheesecake.

So we are putting the Empanada and 2 versions of her cheesecake in the menu starting today!

The Petawawa Butter Tart Empanada is a fried pie shell filled with a gooey butter tart filling. Served warm and crispy

The Cheesecake comes in 2 flavors. Our Dulce de Leche drizzle or a Sopapillas inspired cinnamon honey flavor. Side quest: any parts of the valley known for their cheesecakes? We’d love a local name for it.

After Eli spent the day with us we were inspired to add the salad created while he was here.

His salad starts with a deep fried tortilla shell, with chopped iceberg, cucumber, tomato, carrot, avocado and red onion. We then drizzle a southwest ranch dressing and top it with shredded cheese, corn chips, cilantro and a lime wedge just for good measure.

If you want you can also add any of our protein toppings as well. Grilled chicken, ground beef, and pork carnitas.

We have no idea how we are going to pack this thing for take out its massive but I’m sure Morgan will find a way.

What a beautiful Saturday! The girls are here rocking some tacos.

Now we can’t unfortunately serve liquor but a nice cold ce***za absolutely goes with taco. So we have added Corona Zero to the menu for those who want that little taste of Mexico with their dinner.
