Fresh lobsters 🦞 flown in from Nova Scotia.... 🙌

Cooked a few dishes from these beauties!

Was too busy to cook immediately after pick up, the lobsters were still alive after leaving in the fridge for 2 days!!!

It was a privilege to have Tony with us to celebrate his 100th birthday.

We had an Hors d’oeuvres tray and a "grazing" table.

The main course:
roast soya sauce turkey, mixed vegetables and savoury garlic/ ginger basmati rice.

Dessert:
Strawberry cake baked and decorated by Frances
