Yesterday was a REALLY good day.
Busy, fun, great people… just one of those days that reminds us how much we love this little place.

And now it’s Sunday.
Which means it’s Industry Sunday! 🍻

Bowling, arcade and play area next door at The Zone.

So basically… Raps, Leafs, karaoke, games and questionable singing decisions.

This is what happens behind those kitchen doors. Big plates, a whole lot of running around, and somehow somebody still agrees to stop for a picture. 😂

We’ve got a pretty great crew around here.
And yes... those are the fish & chips.

Okay, weekend. What are we doing?

FRIDAY: Fish. Well, obviously.
Two-for-One Fish & Chips from 11:30am until close. Our haddock is hand-dipped, crispy, golden and just really freaking good. Order your regular fish & chips and we quietly slide another piece of fish onto your plate. Nobody needs to make a big deal about it. 😂

SATURDAY: Karaoke at 7!
We’ve got another big group in the back, so we’re squeezing ourselves into the main bar again. And you know what? I kind of like it in there. 😂 Come sing. Come watch. Come unexpectedly discover that Steve from accounting has the voice of an angel. We don’t know. It happens sometimes.

SUNDAY: Industry Sunday.

Apparently we’re just... a restaurant today. 😂
But the lights are on, the bar is cozy, the backyard is bright, the food is good and there’s a pretty solid chance you’ll know somebody in here.
And if you don’t, give it 20 minutes.

Angie has been slinging drinks, taking care of people and putting up with the general public for about 147 years now. She’s heard everything, seen everything, and has developed exactly the appropriate amount of sarcasm because of it.
