Emily has been with Winnie's since the very beginning and has become one of the familiar faces our guests know and love. Her work ethic is second to none, and she's always ready to go the extra mile to make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
They say she could sell ice to an Eskimo—and after spending just a few minutes with her, you'll understand why!

Natasha has been with Winnie's Roadhouse since the very beginning, standing by our side as we've grown into the wonderful restaurant we are today.
She is always one of the first to arrive, works incredibly hard, and never hesitates to jump in wherever she's needed—even if thats in the kitchen late at night. Her dedication and team-first attitude make her an invaluable part of the Winnie's family.
If you've had the pleasure of meeting Natasha, you know she always walks through the doors with a smile. She has a way of making everyone around her smile, laugh, and truly enjoy their time at Winnie's.
Whether she's taking care of guests on the floor or behind the bar mixing up ice-cold drinks, Natasha keeps the energy high and the service exceptional. She can manage the entire bar floor with confidence while making every guest feel right at home.

Meet our wonderful, always-smiling Addie! ❤️
Addie has been with Winnie's Roadhouse since day one, and what a journey it has been! She started in the dish pit, worked her way up to the line, and now confidently runs the kitchen window. No matter what role she's given, she tackles it with determination, a positive attitude, and a smile that brightens everyone's day.
Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn have never gone unnoticed. Addie is the kind of teammate every workplace hopes for, and we're incredibly grateful to have her as part of the Winnie's family.
