🔥 A Note to Our Grand Bayou Family 🔥

With the extreme heat warning in effect today, we want to give a huge shout-out to our incredible kitchen team. While it's hot outside, it's even hotter behind the grill, fryers, and ovens. Our cooks work tirelessly to bring you the fresh, delicious meals you love, and today they're doing it under some very challenging conditions.

To help keep our team safe, we'll be giving our kitchen staff extra water and cooling breaks throughout dinner service. As a result, service may be a little slower than usual.

We know waiting isn't always fun, but we hope you'll join us in showing our hardworking kitchen crew a little extra patience and appreciation today. Their health and safety come first, and we'd rather take a few extra minutes than push our team beyond their limits.
