Hello beautiful community, It's been a while!

I am hopping on here to let you all know about this beautiful event that I (Drez Slezak) am personally organizing, called Sonic Springs Music & Arts Festival happening outside of Paisley in 2 weeks from now!

It's been a dream of mine to create this magical experience in the beautiful community that has been so good to me growing up.

The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie is hosting a demolition ceremony to honour the former Paisley Inn building that is being demolished this fall. This ceremony will be held to say goodbye to this landmark building and celebrate future plans. Join us for a socially distanced gathering on September 13th at 6pm.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! We received a mass load of people calling, messaging and walking in last night right at 4 and filled out orders up fairly quick. If you are looking to get some of those last orders in please have patience and consideration towards the orders placed before you. We will not be having orders ready every as wait times are at our best convenience to serve your needs and we apologise if your unable to get through. We are so grateful for each and everyone of you showing your support!!

Piece of history will now have a place of honour at JC’s.
I picked this decor piece up from my good friend Marty Slazak owner of Marty’s Bar & Grill in Paisley.
Bittersweet to see this family style restaurant close. But happy for my long time friend And on Marty’s retirement.
Marty my friend you went out on your own terms after many years of slaving over a hot stove and long hours in your restaurant kitchen.
Also proud to see your son Stefano taking over in the kitchen for the new owners.
