Hi, my name is Kat Healy and I am the Civil Kat. I am a good friend of the previous owners of Kemble Mountain Roastery. Due to that friendship I have been given the honor of carrying on their legacy in the coffee roasting business. We specialize in bean blending and precision roasting to bring you a enjoyable coffee experience from bean to brew. We care about our customers and that is why we only

serve the best quality Arabic Beans from several locations across the globe. We care about where our beans come from, so we are careful with our sourcing in order to provide an ethical product; guaranteed 100% Organic, Fair Trade. At the roaster in the Rockford Plaza, we sell our coffee in pre packaged whole beans (1lb and 1/2lb options) and can grind it there for any kind of coffee system. We also offer specialty coffee made fresh to order. Come on by and grab a Latte and a lb of beans to go. Walk-ins are always welcome, and I look forward to serving you a cup of my finest Java.
