A $90 lobster roll?? After talking to several customers they’ve asked us to do something outrageous so…. Here it is!!

An entire lobster shelled table-side (optional), truffle mayo and black truffle carpaccio (sliced truffle in premium olive oil), 10 grams of Luxe traditional Siberian white sturgeon caviar, all served up on a Bread By Us toasted brioche bun. You can have the caviar on the roll as shown or as caviar bumps if you want to savour it on its own.

Friday August 28 to Sunday August 30 ONLY!!

So we’ve been receiving a lot of grief over using AI to create posts. I get it. However we are busy creating great food at great prices. One of the partners is actually a graphic designer by trade, however chooses to spend his time making great food for you all.

So we decided to get our youngest member of the team, Heath (he’s 7), to create our next post. And we think he did an amazing job!! What do you think!
