Food history Friday - The Butter Chicken

Did you know Butter Chicken was actually created by accident? 🤯🧈🍗

Back in 1947 in Delhi, leftover tandoori chicken was drying out. ⏳

Chef Kundan Lal Gujral didn't want to waste it, so he gave it a second life! 🍅🧈✨

What started as a simple kitchen solution became one of the most loved Indian dishes in the world! 🌍❤️

Not bad for a happy accident, right? 😉

What is the ultimate go-to order at any Indian restaurant? 🤔

Rahul is showing off one of the absolute favorite dishes for Indians everywhere! 🇮🇳 Whenever you sit down at an Indian restaurant, there is almost always a fixed, classic order for the table: a comforting bowl of Dal Makhani and a delicious Paneer dish. 🍛

And let's be honest, that paneer item is almost always a rich, perfectly spiced Kadhai Paneer! 🔥

Our Signature Dish:

🍲 Kadhai Paneer: This is officially our best curry on the menu! It is packed with authentic flavors and happens to be a personal favorite for our team too.

Like Rahul says, "Come, I will feed you too!" Stop by tonight and treat yourself to the best Kadhai Paneer in town. 👇
