Established in 2013
Once upon a time in a town called Constance Bay, there was a little girl and at the young age of 14 she worked at a little take out called The Griese Spot and eventually turned into The D'Bay Inn. She fell in love with the grills and fryers and from that day forward it became a mission in her life to have her own little place. Denis (the dad) said if you ever open it you call it Let's Eat It N' Beat It. She did and is living happily ever after at 888 Belfast, Ottawa.

BETTER THAN ANYTHING TOFFEE RECIPE - Don't Lose This
Ingredients
2 cups of brown sugar
2 cups of butter
2 cups of chopped pecans
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of toffee bits
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Once the mixture is melted and combined, remove from heat and stir in the chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and baking soda.
4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips and toffee bits over the top.
7. Allow the toffee to cool before cutting into pieces. Enjoy!

"Lilac lemonade- yes! Lilacs are edible! And they taste just like how they smell, which is pretty rad if you're into floral flavors like jasmine, violet, and rose. All you have to do is submerge a few rinsed flower heads in the lemonade for at least a few hours, preferably overnight. Strain and serve! It's a really simple way to celebrate spring!" 💜💛
