when two of our regulars got married, we obviously had to be there. with the coffee, the pastries, and a team that takes celebrating very seriously.

we woke up and realized we have free will and can combine two of our favourite things: matcha and cinnamon rolls.

so we did.

soft, buttery rolls filled with matcha cream and topped with freeze-dried strawberries 🍓🍵

and yes, the swirl is every bit as soft as it looks.

when we say it tastes as good as it sounds.. we mean it. 🤤

our basque cheesecake already had the perfect wobble. we just decided to pour warm molten chocolate to make that much more irresistible.
