"KOTHU ROTTI" we choose the name after Kothu Roti very popular Sri Lankan dish made from a Sri Lankan roti called Godhamba roti and vegetables, egg, and/or meat, and spices. KOTHU ROTTI restaurant is THIRD location by CEYLONTA RESTAURANT for Take out and Delivery. One and Only restaurant in Town serving typical and traditional popular Sri Lankan and South Indian dishes. We serve vast varieties of

dishes for Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat lovers (Halal), Sea food lovers, and special choices in Gluten free and Nuts free. At KOTHU ROTTI our food provides a sampling of this rich variety of using spices and mixtures imported from Sri Lanka. You can taste the aromatic hot red peppers, tamarind, garlic and ginger, enjoy the delicate aromas of cardamom, curry leaves, fenugreek, turmeric and bite into the tiny black mustard seeds. Sri Lankan cuisine is distinguished from that of the neighbouring countries because the spices are fast roasted before they are ground and added to the food, to bring out nuances of flavor in a unique and pleasant way. Our main dishes are steamed and we pay particular attention to lowering the fat content in our food. We offer a full vegetarian cuisine and the meat dishes are halal.
