My Catering Group is proud to support the second edition of La Grande Tablée Ottawa, returning to the Canadian Museum of History this year.

This one-of-a-kind evening brings together some of the region’s talented chefs, each paired with local culinary schools, to create an incredible five-course dining experience for guests — all in support of an important cause.

La Grande Tablée Ottawa raises funds for La Tablée des Chefs [] and the work they do right here in the Ottawa-Gatineau region to address food insecurity and food waste through innovative food recovery and culinary education programs.

Last year’s inaugural event welcomed 270 guests and raised $85,000 to help further this important work. This year, we’re hoping to make an even greater impact.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending a pre-opening celebration for HISTORY Ottawa, Live Nation’s newest music and entertainment venue in the heart of downtown Ottawa.

Located at the corner of Rideau Street and Sussex Drive, HISTORY Ottawa is an exciting addition to the city’s entertainment landscape — bringing a new space for live music, unforgettable experiences and milestone events to the heart of the capital.

— Staff Highlight: Lauren N.

Lauren’s journey with My Catering Group began at a pivotal moment: transitioning from the dentistry field into hospitality, driven by a desire to work more closely with people, events, and meaningful experiences.

She joined our team as an Event Coordinator in 2021. As the company grew, so did Lauren - moving into an Executive Assistant role before stepping into her current position as Director of Catering.

Today, Lauren oversees our catering operations with a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver seamless events from start to finish. She’s thoughtful, solutions-focused, and deeply invested in both the work we do and the team behind it.

We’re proud of the path she’s taken, and the growth she’s shown with My Catering Group!

This weekend, we took the time to celebrate our team — the people who make the events, the milestones, and the continued growth and success of our company possible.

Hosted at our venue, Le Vignoble de Chelsea, the night included great food, drinks, and a scavenger hunt.

We have had the pleasure of returning for the 4th year in a row at Ottawa Bluesfest - serving food and drinks at one conveninent location inside of the Canadian War Museum.
