🍷 A great afternoon of wine, food, and discovery!

Our Summer Wine Tasting featured five unique wines, from a dry Hungarian Tokaji to a Sicilian orange wine, sparkling Lambrusco, and Moscato d'Asti. The biggest surprise of the day? Many guests fell in love with the dry Tokaji!

The crowd favourites were the Lambrusco and Moscato, while Etienne's top pairing was Chef Rob's mushrooms on toast with the orange wine—a match made in heaven.

We were delighted to welcome both familiar faces and first-time guests, and even had one table checking their calendar before they left to make sure they could attend the next tasting.

Thanks to everyone who joined us—we can't wait to do it again! 🍷✨ August 30th is the next one if you want to join us.

🎉 We are absolutely thrilled and honoured!

The Westboro Village Street Food Showdown was an incredible success, raising $5,000 for the Ottawa Food Bank before the gates even opened. What an amazing demonstration of community spirit. ❤️

A huge thank you to the Westboro Village BIA for organizing such a fantastic event, and to everyone who came out to support local businesses, sample great food, and enjoy an afternoon in the Village.

We were especially excited to learn that Chef Rob's taco was voted the People's Choice Favourite! 🌮🏆

Congratulations to all of the participating restaurants and food vendors. We were proud to be part of such a talented group, and we're grateful to everyone who stopped by our table, cast a vote, and shared a few laughs with us along the way.

To our Trio team — thank you for all the prep, hard work, and enthusiasm that went into making the day such a success.

And to everyone who discovered Trio for the first time this weekend: welcome! We hope to see you again soon. 🍸✨

Another amazing Street Food Showdown!

Thank you to everyone who came out in support of the Westboro Food Bank!

This year we made a delicious Filipino bbq Pork Belly Taco w/ grilled pineapple salsa, Sipa Sauce, Buttermilk Fried Onions, Micro Cilantro and Pickled Jalapenos:)

We're already looking forward to next year!
