🚨 We’re Hiring – Experienced Lebanese Kitchen Staff 🚨
We’re growing our team and looking for someone experienced, reliable, and passionate about Lebanese cuisine to join our commercial kitchen!
🔹 Position: Kitchen Helper / Line Cook
🔹 Cuisine: Authentic Lebanese 🇱🇧
🔹 Location: Ozzy Food Market- 3867 Albion Rd
🔹 Start Date: May 2026
🔹 Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Evening & Weekend availability required
🔸 Requirements:• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen• Strong experience in Lebanese cuisine (mezze, grilling, prep, etc.)• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced service• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔸 Responsibilities:• Preparing and assembling traditional Lebanese dishes (hummus, tabbouleh, shawarma, grills, etc.)• Food prep (cutting, marinating, portioning)• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation• Following kitchen systems, recipes, and standards• Assisting during busy service and supporting the kitchen team
