As an authentic Italian restaurant abroad, we are incredibly proud to see Italian cuisine recognized as the first in the world to achieve UNESCO Intangible Heritage status. 🌍
Our cuisine is so much more than recipes, it carries stories, families, traditions and culture of an entire nation. ✨
This recognition belongs to every Italian that cooks with love, to every producer that defends our biodiversity, and to every restaurant abroad that keeps our authenticity alive. 🍅
A tremendous honor. And an even bigger responsibility. We continue to tell Italy's true story, one dish at a time.
