When you are in serious need of a recharge look to The Ottawa Bagelshop and Deli to stock up on everything you need for a delectable and delicious night in!

This is my favourite way to feed myself, every bite delicious, every bite a little bit different, and every bite super satisfying. 

Perfect for a solo dinner, or a dinner for two, we love our Savoury Bagel Chips or our Classic Crunchy Bagel thins as a vessel for chewy, salty charcuterie. Make your own from our deli favourites like our Mennonite Summer Sausage, Coppa Ham (made in Ontario!) or our beautiful smoky Spanish Chorizo. 

Our deli is also of course great on our fresh bagels baked in our 100% wood fired oven.

Our 10 year Old Cheddar is incredible with organic strawberries from your fridge or as a solo nibble experience; and our buttery buttermilk scones will give you the bonified warm and full belly fuzzies.

The Bagelman's Choice!

When I first got pregnant with my first child, I was living in the US, and far far away from my beloved Montreal style bagel from The Ottawa Bagelshop. Of course this classic combo of smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, and red onions, exist in the states, but the bagels are just...different.

Thankfully I moved back to Ottawa, and when I arrived, the very first thing I ate was a Bagelman's Choice.

I still remember having it that specific time 12 years ago, how delicious, and satisfying and perfect it was, for a pregnant lady to finally have a taste of home.

It's still one of my favourites and it never disappoints.

Savoury Bagel Chips

These are a decadent and worthwhile snack when you want ultimate crunch and flavour!

We take our bagels, slice them into rounds, deep fry them in 100% Canadian Canola oil, and sprinkle them with our special seasoning. 

We know people eat the whole bag on their own, and we do not judge, but we celebrate the knowledge that deliciousness and crunchiness and savoury satisfaction is sometimes the only way to go. 

Enjoy them dipped into cream cheese, as a vessel for your favourite charcuterie, or topped with cheese.  Any way you eat our Savoury Bagel Chips is the best way.

Bagelshop's Own Buttery Buttermilk Scones!

Have you tried these?  We knew from the get-go that these were a winner. 

Imagine the fluffiest, butteriest, creamiest scone, that is mile high and flaky and wonderful. 

We offer them on our catering menu, in the café, but also in 4-packs on the shelf, and we can’t keep them in stock! 

They are amazing room temperature, flashed in the oven and served warm, or plain, or buttered, served with sweet spreads or as an accompaniment to a hearty stew of soup.   

We love this product and work hard every day hand mixing and shaping and baking them, for you!
