What's a bit of a sleeper hit at Pelican? If you take a look at our Google Reviews, it's our Red Thai Shrimp Curry. Tender Shrimp in a rich Thai coconut curry sauce, with Shiitake Mushrooms, Bok Choy, Eggplant, and Cherry Tomatoes. Served on Coconut Rice with Cucumber Relish, Fresh Cilantro, and Toasted Peanuts.

School of Fish is our hands-on class series, led by our seafood experts... right here in the Pelican kitchen. Past sessions have covered everything from oyster shucking to poaching, cold smoking to landing the perfect Scallop sear.

The secret to a perfectly seared piece of Fish? Pat it completely dry before it hits the pan. 🐟

Wet fish steams. Dry fish sears. Get your pan properly hot, add your oil, and lay the Fish skin-side down. Press it gently for the first few seconds to keep the skin flat. Then don't touch it again until it releases on its own.

It sounds simple because it is. The trick is just patience.

It's not just the seafood. It's the people who've made us part of their routines. First dates that became anniversaries, family dinners that became traditions, and regulars who have been coming since before we even had the Grill.
