Tried to write a sales-pitch-sandwich-post but honestly? I’m just a girl who loves Bowman’s and the Pork Belly Club has ruined me for all other sandwiches.

House roasted chicken + crispy pork belly + aioli on toasted buttered bread. Sweet. Salty. Dangerously good.

(When chef Steve came in a few years ago I genuinely panic-texted Christina and Peter to make sure this one stayed on the menu. It did. The people are safe. We are okay.)

I’ve stopped counting how many I’ve had. Some things you just accept about yourself. 🥪🖤

Come try it and tell me it’s not perfection. I dare you. 🥪
