Hey everyone, it’s been a minute! 👋
I know this account has been quiet for a while—I haven't made ice cream since 2020, and the business has been on hold. But today, I’m dusting off this page and waking up this amazing community for something incredibly close to my heart. ❤️
One of my absolute favorite people (my husband!) has teamed up with some brilliant minds to launch something brand new, and I am so excited to help them shout it from the rooftops!
Meet Cre:8 (Cre8Ottawa) — a brand-new energy coming to 300 Sparks! ✨
This is a dynamic "meanwhile space" designed to bring instant vibrancy, animation, and community back to the heart of the city. Founded by the visionary team of Valerie Stam, Gerald Dragon, and Chris Osler (with Osvaldo Elizalde helping manage the building and space), Cre:8 is a minimalist, fast-paced hub built to showcase rotating local partners, ideas, and experiences.
Because of its unique, adaptive format, what you see today might evolve tomorrow—making it the ultimate testing ground for future locations and a must-visit destination!
