What Top NPK Fertilizer Brands Demand from PP Woven Bag Manufacturers
PP woven bags used for NPK fertilizers must meet the following core quality requirements:
First, 100% virgin PP resin is preferred to ensure high tensile strength, tear resistance, and burst resistance when stacked with heavy loads of 25–50 kg. The woven fabric must have a stable, consistent GSM with uniform tape density—not loose or uneven—because even minor deviations can lead to bag failure during long-distance transportation. The bag must also offer excellent moisture resistance, minimizing water pe*******on and moisture absorption—an essential requirement for NPK fertilizers, which are highly susceptible to caking and chemical degradation.
In addition, the bag should include UV protection (minimum 1–2%) to safeguard the product during outdoor storage. Bottom and top stitching must be strong, even, and secure, with no loose threads, and capable of withstanding mechanical handling and loading. For printed bags, the ink must adhere firmly, remain smudge-free and fade-resistant, and withstand abrasion as well as the mildly chemical environment of fertilizers.
In summary, a standard-compliant PP woven bag for NPK fertilizer is not merely “fit for use,” but must be “durable, safe, and consistent,” ensuring that the product reaches farmers intact, in proper condition, and fully aligned with the brand’s quality commitment. This is the standard we consistently uphold in every shipment leaving our factory.
