It is pork trotters that is marinated, deep fried until golden and crispy. This dish is perfect for sharing!
Comes with 3 classic Filipino sauces, sweet sauce, pickled papaya, and vinegar/soy sauce.

In the Philippines, it's a common practice to eat only seafood, or vegetarian meals before Good Friday. This week (until Sunday), we have 10% off all Seafood Kamayan Feast!

Have you tried Kare-Kare?
A classic dish that every Filipino craves. We usually have this on special occasions because it's such a labour intensive dish. But you can have it at Tamis every wed-sun 😉.

For those who don't know what Kare-Kare is.
It is a peanut stew, made with choice of meat, and veggies.
The unique sauce itself has a few steps. We roast grains of rice, peanuts, and grind them into the sauce. At Tamis, we add crispy pork belly, eggplant, green beans, and boy choy. We love to pair this with steamed white rice, and shrimp paste (bagoong) on the side. Its rich, comforting, and will leave your belly full throughout the day.
