The perfect cold brew, made from home.
Join HGCC’s Anna as she walks us through the best way to enjoy Finca San Gabriel this summer. 🌞

COLD BREW CONCENTRATE🧊:

100g of coffee (ground about the size of brown sugar)
500ml of cold water
Steeped overnight in the fridge for 16-18 hours
Strained through a paper filter.

The concentrate can be served over ice without becoming watered down, allowing you to dial in the intensity level to your liking! Can be kept in the fridge for a few days after brewing.

Option to sweeten with tonic water and OJ for a unique and refreshing iced treat!
