Hi everyone ! Here are the baking and delivery instructions for 2025π π§
Cupcakes4Xmas Baking/Delivery Instructions:

We will gladly accept Gluten free, Dairy Free & Egg Free cupcakes. There are some allergies amongst our dinner guests.
**Please do not use boxes or tupperware that you need returned**
Cupcakes4Xmas Delivery:
Date: Sunday December 14th 2025
Time: Drop off between 9:30am-10:30am
Location: Corner of Besserer and Nicholas (The Ottawa Mission loading bay)
Instructions: The loading dock is on Besserer (turn right from Nicholas)before/next to a parking lot and there is room for about 3 cars at a time, so you will not need to worry about parking. We will have volunteers at the door (large garage door with smaller door in centre) ready to receive your donations. Due to the cold weather you may need to knock if the door is closed to preserve some heat π
-This is the busiest day of the year at The Mission so unfortunately donors will not be able to come in, please have your cupcakes ready to be handed off at the loading dock.
