Amiable is back with an oaky twist!

Our classic old world saison was aged in an oak Foeder. Mississippi Mills Pilsner and a touch of Canadian wheat malt make for a golden coloured, highly drinkable Belgian saison. Black pepper and citrus dominate, with a nice hint of oak and a slight herbal, fruity hop note from the Saaz hops.

Stop by this weekend after you try some Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken!

It's patio Saison! This weekend is looking great and what is better than a classic old world saison aged in oak?

Amiable is back with an oaky twist; Mississippi Mills Pilsner and a touch of Canadian wheat malt make for a golden coloured, highly drinkable Belgian saison. Black pepper and citrus dominate, with a nice hint of oak and a slight herbal, fruity hop note from the Saaz hops.

Aged in oak for 4 months.
Now on tap and in 500ml bottles.

It’s almost time for the Sparkinglot, we promise! 🙏🏻

But in the meantime, Spark Super Dry IPA is BACK on tap! Slightly drier than most hazy IPAs, Spark Super Dry shines with bright hop notes from Sabro, Australian Vic Secret and El Dorado hops from the fine folks in Chapeau, Québec.
