There's a mysterious charge called Coperto in Italy? 👀
Its’s not a tip! 💶, It’s a small cover charge that pays for your seat, the cutlery, tablecloth, and sometimes an irresistible bread basket you didn’t order. 🥖✨
Luckily, we dont have that here. 😉

Italians don’t put cream in carbonara. Ever.
Not a drop. Not a splash. Not even “just a little.”
The real deal? Just eggs, pecorino, guanciale, and black pepper, that’s it.
Creamy without the cream. Trust us on this one. 🙃
