I did a little experimenting today and tried making a jerk adobo chicken, mango lime slaw and a mushroom risotto topped with a sunnyside up egg. I think it turned out pretty good

Hey guys, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is I've been offered a great job with benefits and a pension, the bad news is I have closed the food truck, the offer is too good to pass up. I will still be slinging food at festivals and at the farmer`s market if they have room for me, but not at the truck. I feel blessed to have all the support I received from the community and from everyone who came out. I had a blast and learned so much. I truly have the best friends and family any guy could ask for. Love you all.
