The The Heart of Orléans BIA and the movement has challenged us and other Orleans BIA food businesses to come up with a special menu item that represents why Orléans is special.

Introducing the “Orleans Gems Beef and Cheese”
Broadhead Brewery stout braised beef
Golden Fries gravy and cheese curds
Willie’s Chinese Food inspired “salt and pepper” veg, Works burger nod to their tower of rings

Orleans is special for me, I have spent my entire 17 years of cooking experience in Orleans.
From my very first job at The Works, to running the kitchen at Meatings Barbecue for 2 years, to helping Bite Burger House for the last 4 winters while running my business, to being a sous chef at a fancy farm to table restaurant. Sous chef at Waverley Orleans, working at Occo kitchen, a stint at Cucino de Vito. Can’t forget the plethora of pints knocked back at one of Orleans best breweries, Broadhead!
There are absolute gems in Orleans!
I did not go to school for cooking, I went for business.
I am a self taught chef through and through!
I have met a ton of great chefs and cooks throughout my years that have taught me invaluable lessons and skills, and have watched an embarrassing amount of cooking videos and shows.

This feature pizza is a nod to my career and the gems that Orleans has.
From the beef (Cadillac of all meats), to the punchy veg from what is now my favorite Chinese food dish. The saucy and cheesy goodness that is and the crunchy topper inspired by my first ever kitchen job.

This one is a BANGER!

AND it will be around for the next 2 months! 🤯
(If you know me…I don’t like to do the same pizza for more than a week, so this is huge 😂)
