Thanksgiving Holiday Hours:

Friday October 9th 11am-7pm
Saturday October 10th 11am-7pm
***Sunday October 11th 11am-4pm***
Monday October 12th 11am-7pm

As always we will be closing early the Sunday of the long weekend so our staff can spend the holidays with their families.

Effective Tuesday October 13th we will be closing at 6pm every day to reflect the loss of daylight as our season starts to come to a close.

Our last day of the 2026 season will be Sunday November 1st!

Hi Everyone!

We have a new crop of potatoes this week and the sugar content in them is a little higher than normal which results in them cooking a little darker than normal.

These are still the same great potatoes, with the same great taste, they just cook a little darker.

This should normalize over the next few weeks as the sugar to starch ratio in the potatoes will drop over time.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask one of our staff!

We are closing early today for the safety of our staff as the temperature inside is hiring dangerous levels.

Due to the extreme heat entering it's 4th day we will be closed on Friday July 3rd for the day. We will re-open Saturday July 4th at 11am

Our staff is working so hard but the heat is taking it's toll on everyone and 4 days of this is not safe for anyone.

Working conditions in this heat are brutal and you can add an extra 20 degrees onto the temperatures inside the food truck.

We thank everyone for your understanding.
