starts off with the best ingredients... grass-fed beef bones and cage-free chicken bones, then we add organic vegetables, simple spices and TIME!!
After roasting the bones to get maximum flavour, we slow simmer our broths for extended periods for maximum nutrient extraction.
24 hours for Chicken and 48 hours for Beef.
After triple filtering, we then pressure can our broth in glass reusable mason jars so that the jars are shelf stable and don't need to take up space in the fridge.
