We figured it was about time we introduced you to Mia! She’s been scooping up ice cream for a little while now, but somehow never got her official Nini’s introduction. 😂

Mia is the creator of our Orange Pineapple 🍊🍍 and Watermelon 🍉 Iceberg! Probably our newest and most loved combinations! She loves blueberry sauce and her sprinkle game is second to none!

We’re pretty lucky to have this girl on our team ❤️

Wow what a great day!! Thank you for inviting us to the Mayor's Classic golf tournament! This is our 4th time being invited onto the Oshawa golf club course and it never ceases to amaze us 😍 Such a beautiful setting and we met some pretty fabulous people today!

Such a blessing to be able to "work" all day with our little family ❤️

We love supporting our friends! Great job Bobby Van-El ! Congrats on 5 years!!

Yesterday was absolutely insane.

I want to personally thank every single person who came by and everyone who couldn’t make it but took the time to call or send a message with their congrats. I appreciate you all more than you know.

There wasn’t a single moment between 11am-9pm that there wasn’t someone in the store shopping and we managed to give away nearly 250 ice creams and countless Pokemon packs and cards!

I also want to thank Lucas and Aedan for all of their help yesterday. Without those two guys the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly as it did.

Also thanks to Nini's Ice Cream Truck for pulling through with some of the best frozen treats in Ontario. If you ever catch them at an event ask for the Root Beer/Cookies and Cream Iceberg!

Did you know Nini's Ice Cream Truck is built on over 10 years of trial and error, growth, and hands-on experience?

Jason and I met in the food industry over 24 years ago, and we've always known this was where we belonged. In 2016, we took a leap of faith and opened Cooper's Corner at the Courtice Flea Market, serving breakfast and lunch. We used everything we learned to launch Cooper's Snack Shack, which became a huge success. The following year, we expanded into frozen treats with our very first ice cream and shaved ice trailer, Coop's Scoops.

Every step, every challenge, and every lesson has helped shape what Nini's Ice Cream is today. It wasn't built overnight—it was earned through years of hard work, learning, and a passion for making people smile. 🍦❤️
