Hey Orillia,

Today marks our final day of business, and we again want to express our heartfelt thanks for the incredible memories and support over the past eight years. It’s been an honor to share our cuisine with you all.

While we’re closing our doors, we hope this is more of a “see you later” than a final farewell. If you'd like to stay in touch, this page will remain active for the foreseeable future.

Hey Orillia,

It is with deep regret that we announce the permanent closure of Sanafir Restaurant on December 28, 2024. Why are we closing? Chef Sam will be retiring and hanging up his coat as we move into the new year.

While this is a bittersweet moment, it has truly been an honor to share the flavors of our Middle Eastern culture with you and to be part of this community for over 8 wonderful years.

We’ve made unforgettable memories, formed lifelong friendships, and, most importantly, strived to put smiles on the faces of everyone who walked through our doors.

Thank you to the people of Orillia and beyond for your incredible support over the years. We’ll forever cherish the moments we've shared.
