Here's to the one and only Lainey! 🍻

Elaine "Lainey" Thompson was a pillar of Brewery Bay from the day we opened in '93. If you spent much time at the Bay in its first 15+ years of service, then you've almost certainly had the pleasure of meeting her

In an official capacity, Lainey was our bookkeeper -- running numbers, cutting checks, and handling taxes -- but she was also a devoted mother to all, the life of the party, a real firecracker, one heck of a rye drinker, and so much more

We honour her memory today -- what would have been her 82nd birthday -- by raising a glass of a Lainey's Lemonade in a toast of love

Happy birthday, Lainey ❤️
