A moment for our Peach Sweet Tea 😌👏

Okay, yes… We clarified this cocktail with milk. Hear us out.

Fresh Ontario peaches, gin, citrus, and black tea get combined, then put through a milk clarification process to create that crystal-clear finish.

The result? A silky-smooth texture, a ridiculously fresh peach flavour, and a cocktail that looks nothing like what went into it.

We’ve got a good one planned for this Saturday, August 15th!

Casa de Nadie will be back with their fresh stone-fire oven pizzas, and at 8 PM, Greg the Piano Man will be taking over the piano for a night of live music (requests are welcome😉)

The bar opens at 5 PM, there’s no cover, and no reservations are needed.

Come hungry, request a song, grab a drink, and spend the evening with us.

Summer cocktails don’t have to be overly sweet to feel refreshing.

For this one, we wanted to let fresh fruit do the heavy lifting. Watermelon brings a clean, juicy freshness, kiwi adds a bright tartness, and a base of blanco tequila and Cointreau ties everything together with just enough citrus to keep it balanced.

It’s light, vibrant, and built for long evenings on the patio.
