More than a bottle of w**e to us 🍷

To us, a bottle of w**e has never been just a bottle of w**e.

It’s a reflection of community, of the hands that made it. The people who planted the vines, cared for the land, harvested the grapes, and poured their time and passion into bringing it to life.

It’s a piece of history. Vineyards passed down through generations, traditions carried from one harvest to the next, and stories rooted in the same land for centuries.

It’s a reflection of a place. A culture, a terroir, a climate, a season. A taste of somewhere special.

And then there’s everything that happens after.
The people who gather around the table. The conversations that stretch late into the evening. The laughter, the stories, the moments that you don’t plan for but somehow remember.

But maybe what we love most about w**e is that it brings people together.

That’s what w**e means to us.

Come find your favourite bottle!

Reminiscing on the past 2 evenings ✨🥂

The menu was built around a simple idea: exceptional ingredients treated with care, thoughtful technique, and a deep respect for seasonality. Each course was designed to showcase ingredients at their peak while creating a dining experience that felt both refined and welcoming.

More than anything, the dinner was a celebration of craftsmanship, hospitality, and the belief that great meals create lasting memories.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and trusted us to share this experience with you. Your support, enthusiasm, and presence made these two nights incredibly special.
