We have taken 2 Canadian classics.... "the Burger" and "the Poutine" and infused some international flavors to awaken your taste buds. We were tired of the same old burgers with the same old standard ingredients........ So we took it upon ourselves to infuse some unique international flavors for you to enjoy. You will find burger ingredients like..... Thai satay peanut sauce, Wasabi aioli, Siracha-Maple aioli, tempura prawns, bratwurst sausages, sauerkraut, sweet kale slaw, crispy onion tanglers, Okanagan/Shuswap artisan blue cheese, Brie cheese, pepper jack cheese, crispy lotus root, cranberry salsa, brioche buns, pretzel buns and even a burger that uses a waffle as a bun. You will find a perogy poutine, butter chicken poutine, philly cheese steak poutine, fajita spiced chicken poutine and of course we have a classic poutine. Always remember to check the blackboard at the counter for this months burger and poutine of the month.
